Mississippi Lime VitaCal™ PCC (Precipitated Calcium Carbonate) is a high purity calcium carbonate which meets or exceeds 6th Edition Food Chemical Codex specifications.  Because of purity and consistency, food processing chemists have specified Mississippi Lime VitaCal™ products for more than 40 years.  With low lead (less than 0.4 ppm), VitaCal™ PCC is one of the lowest lead precipitated calcium carbonates for your all of your Food Chemical Codex applications.
