The Mississippi Lime Magnum Gloss^® PCC family of powder products is designed for both the coatings and paper markets.  For coatings, Magnum Gloss^® PCC provides a superior level of gloss and brightness in satin and semi-gloss paints as well as industrial coatings.  The significantly higher gloss is due in part to the tightly controlled particle range.  Magnum Gloss^® PCC can be also used in glossy, high brightness coated paper and board applications.  Due to tightly controlled particle size range, Magnum Gloss^® PCC will provide significantly higher sheet gloss than other calcium carbonates.  Additionally, Magnum Gloss^® products can provide improvements in gloss, opacity, brightness, ink receptivity and runnability on the coater – all of which combine to make this a clearly exceptional product.

There are two types of Magnum Gloss^® Powder manufactured at our plant in Ste. Genevieve, MO:

• Magnum Gloss^® SD PCC 
• Magnum Gloss^® M PCC has enhanced Hegman grind, oil absorption and particle size characteristics

All products are available to be shipped via rail or truck.  Magnum Gloss^® powder products are also available in 50# bags packaged in Ste. Genevieve, MO.  Special packaging and/or bulk bags can be accommodated through one of our packaging partners.
