The Mississippi Lime Magnum Fill^® PCC family of powder products are designed as (1) an extender pigment for coatings where it provides excellent hide, good blue-white shade and a high Hegman grind, and (2) as an outstanding filler pigment for paper applications where it provides good opacity as well as excellent retention and drainage properties.  All Magnum Fill^® powder products are versatile pigments for TiO2 extension in both paper filling and coating applications.  Magnum Fill^® products are available with higher oil adsorption for increased opacity and wet hide. 

There are four types of Magnum Fill^® powder products manufactured at our plant in Ste. Genevieve, MO.  

• Magnum Fill^® SD is a functional filler with good opacity and optical properties.
• Magnum Fill^® M is a product that is further processed to improve the physical characteristics such as particle size and Hegman grind/dispersability.
• Magnum Fill^® SDL is a light density product that is excellent for paper filler applications.  This product also has high oil absorption characteristics for benefits in paint and coatings.   
• Magnum Fill^® HO97 is a product with unique morphology that provides excellent opacity and hide in both paper and coating applications. 

All products are available to be shipped via rail or truck.  Magnum Fill^® Powder is also available in 50# bags packaged in Ste. Genevieve, MO.  Special packaging and/or bulk bags can be accommodated through one of our packaging partners.
